Sometimes, our lab may have travel fund to support the travel cost of the first author of a full paper on a top confereces, including SIGIR, WWW, ICML. Please consult your advisor for conferences not on the list.

Please check with your advisor for the availability of travel fund if you are interested in it.

Some conferences (such as SIGIR, CIKM, ICML) also provide travel support for student presentor. Being a volunteer for a conference is usually good.
